New Bedford Free Public Library

Spend a relaxing and thoughtful hour in the library with Seaglass Theater Company and the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra, as we present a concert of music for string quartet and voice. The one-hour performances feature an arrangement of Mozart's Laudate Dominum from the Vesperae solennes de confessore plus a new setting by Jodi Goble of Faure's song cycle Poeme d'un jour as well as music by Robert Schumann, Arthur Shepherd and Maurice Ravel. The repertoire spans 5 languages and several styles...a great way to experience culture and connection in a unique space. The concerts are free and all are welcome.
