Steeple Playhouse

Owned and operated by Your Theatre Inc., the Steeple Playhouse celebrates creativity and community through live theater and special events. Initially built in 1829, the historic First Baptist Church, now Steeple Playhouse, was re-opened in 2023 after a decade-long rehabilitation effort led by the Waterfront Area Historic LeaguE (WHALE) and Your Theatre Inc.

Steeple Playhouse is committed to enriching community participation in the arts, partnering with educational institutions, collaborating with other organizations, and improving regional economic prosperity. They provide performing art and meeting spaces.
