Aspiring artists of all skill levels are invited to the January meeting of Creative Escapes, our monthly art-making series! We will illustrate the bird of paradise flower shown here, using watercolor and colored pencils on paper, focusing on techniques for layering wet and dry media. It’s a great way to tap into your creativity with a group of fellow art enthusiasts in the welcoming environment of our sunny, spacious studio at Hatch Street Studios in New Bedford. All materials are provided with tuition, and light refreshments will be served. Join us!
