AHA!’s 2026 schedule kicks off on Thursday, February 12th, with part one of the two-part I AM NB – Storytelling Series.
On this one special night, the AHA! and Z teams have partnered to activate the entire Zeiterion in celebration of its grand reopening! Some of the AHA! Night activities at the Z open house include:

That’s only a fraction of what’s happening on the first AHA! Night of the year.
There will be crafts at the library, an immersive storytelling experience at the Whaling Museum, a family art activity at the Art Museum, the announcement of this year’s New Bedford Film Festival selections, a showcase of the “Hauling Back Generational Fishing Family Project” at the Fishing Heritage Center, and a musical tribute to the life and legacy of gospel composer Richard Smallwood at the RJD.
It’s shaping up to be quite an AHA! Night! And more activities are added each day!
