Join your friends and neighbors for a festive evening in downtown New Bedford! It’s AHA! Night: NB Festive on Thursday, December 11th. Activities begin as early as 3 pm and now last well into the evening. Here’s a look at the highlights:
– Experience a Nordic Wonderland in this month’s AHA! Moment. At the Pour Farm Patio, you can relax and rejuvenate with a hot sauna and cold plunge from our friends at Tranquil Tides! You can also warm up by the fire pit, enjoy some hot chocolate, watch a fire dancer perform, listen to a performance from the Sippican Band in Wing’s Court, and rock out with DJ AnjKep.
– Lighting the Star Store! Check out the collaborative window display, explore a maker’s market, try your hand at screenprinting, and enjoy a warm beverage!
– The United Way presents photos with Santa at the DeMello International Center. While there, you can enjoy cookies, crafts, face painting, and more.
– Then meet The Grinch at New Bedford Community Health! Have some hot chocolate, make ornaments, get your face painte,d and pick up winter health tips.
– Grab a snack from the festive popcorn bar at Bristol Community College.
– Enjoy festive music during a symphonic music crawl where members of the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra pop-up at the Pour Farm, PLAY Arcade, and Sixes & Sevens in the first of two AHA! Night Seaport Sessions!
