Then\, The Jethros take the stage to light the fuse for a sparkling summer celebration\, delivering their signature blend of big sounds\, feel-good grooves\, and dance-worthy energy. \nSip on our signature margaritas (cash bar) and enjoy complimentary lite bites as you soak in the festive atmosphere—equal parts coastal cool and patriotic sparkle. \nThis First Fridays event is a joyful celebration of music\, theater\, and community in the heart of New Bedford—set against a stunning waterfront backdrop during the Nation’s 250th anniversary summer. \nEvent Schedule \n5:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Full Museum Access with Ticket Purchase \n6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Margaritaville Sneak Preview\nA special performance by the full cast of Escape to Margaritaville—bringing island flair and Broadway energy to the harbor. \n6:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Live Performance & Reception\nThe Jethros take over the Harbor View Gallery with an unforgettable\, genre-blending set to keep the party going. \nAbout The Jethros \nA staple of New Bedford’s music scene\, The Jethros combine original songwriting with an eclectic mix of styles and standout instrumentation. Band members include Boney Jethro (fiddle)\, Homer Jethro (guitar)\, Rufus Jethro (trumpet)\, Gaston Jethro (bass)\, LeRoy Jethro (trombone)\, and Cornelius Jethro (drums). \nAdmission \nMuseum Members: $12.50 | General Public: $25 \nAdvance ticket purchase is required.
