Fort Taber Community Center located in historic Fort Taber Park, provides sweeping views of New Bedford’s beaches and Buzzards Bay. The community center boasts a beautiful function hall with a small kitchen, large restrooms, an adjacent lawn area, and outdoor picnic-style seating. It is great for all functions and can comfortably seat up to 150 with associated parking. Additional parking is available for a fee during parking season. To view more photos please click here.
The facility has 15 parking spots located directly in front of the facility and two ADA-accessible spots at each end of the building. The restrooms have 3 stalls, two standard, and one ADA stall.
